How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. After processing, delivery takes: United States 3–11 business days, Canada 5–12 business days, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia 7–14 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also open the order-status link in your shipping confirmation email at any time.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us with a photo of the problem and we will make it right — a refund or a free replacement. You keep the item; no need to ship it back.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, where returns are accepted: items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. Contact us first to start the return; change-of-mind returns are shipped back at your cost.
Which countries do you ship to, and in what currency?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Iceland — and you always pay in your own local currency at checkout.
