Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing means preparing your order and handing it to the carrier — it is separate from delivery time.
Delivery times (after processing)
- United States: 3–11 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of weather, carrier issues, or busy seasons — we'll always help you track your order down.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are shipped with tracking, and your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it (see our Refund Policy).
